Part Time • The Vintage Baton Rouge
Benefits:

Craft the cocktails. Set the vibe. Make someone’s day.

At The Vintage Baton Rouge, great drinks are only part of the experience. The rest? That’s you—the warm welcome, the thoughtful recommendation, and the personality that turns a first-time guest into a regular.

We’re part of OnePack Hospitality Group (OPHG), a local, independent hospitality group with distinctive restaurant concepts and a shared belief: our people make the difference. We value teamwork, take pride in what we do, and want you to grow—not just clock in.

Behind the Bar. At the Heart of the Experience - We’re looking for an experienced bartender who brings equal parts skill, personality, and hustle. You’ll craft specialty cocktails, keep the service moving, take care of guests at the bar (and everywhere), handle to-go orders, and resolve guest concerns with warmth and professionalism.  You know your way around a cocktail shaker, notice the details, and stay composed when the tickets stack up. You’re just as comfortable recommending a drink as jumping in to help a teammate. You keep your station sharp, your pours consistent, and your hospitality genuine.

Most importantly, you care about the whole experience—not just what’s in the glass. You bring a passion for beverages, a team-first attitude, and a willingness to keep learning.

Sounds like your kind of bar? Apply today and bring your talents to The Vintage Baton Rouge.

Responsibilities:
  • Take food and beverage orders from bar customers.
  • Produce the needed beverages for the service well.
  • Maintain the bar's cleanliness, organization, and appearance.
  • Keep an accurate spill throughout the shift.
  • Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a bartender
  • Louisiana Responsible Vendor Card
  • General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
  • Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
